Commission Structure
TEL3Advantage Agent Program is a 2 level Program where you as the referring agent will get compensated for 2 levels below you.
On Permanent account Signups to the TEL3 ADVANTAGE FLEX PLAN
Agents shall be compensated according to the following Schedule, which may be amended by TEL3Advantage from time to time on a yearly or more
frequent basis, in TEL3Advantage's sole discretion.

Assumptions made for explanatory reasons: Each Agent at all levels have 50 customers @ $100 signups.
*Results will vary according to the time and resources independent agents put into selling TEL3Advantage FLEX PLAN.
Example
Assumption: Each Agent at all levels have 50 customers who spend $100.00 a month
The total you earned on initial customer based on $100 sign ups from yourself and your agent base is $1600.00.
$750 is the total you earned for monthly recharges on your customers and referring agents' customers.
The total earned monthly commission is $2350 ($1600 for initial customer signups + $750 for recharges)
Commissions will be paid either by check or ACH the 10th of the following month provided that the $50 commission minimum is met.
*Recharge commissions do not accrue month to month.
